What Type of Ceiling Fans should be installed?
Ceiling fans are conventional items used to cool you off. You’d find them in any and every households and offices. However, the trend is changing and the Split Air-conditioners are replacing them, making them obsolete. But if you are persistent on possessing a ceiling fan for economic reasons, then you should keep in mind some essential factors.
One of the essential factors considered while purchasing a ceiling fan is the size of your room. The fans work by pushing a fixed amount of cubic feet of air per minute, i.e. CFM. This depends on the motor capacity.
Other consideration is the fan blade span. A 100sqft area of room should have a fan with a blade span ranging from 30-45inches. A 400sqft would require a range of 50-54inches. Evidently, the larger the room, the bigger the blade span required. Another valid feature is the blade pitch and the number of blades attached.
