| In 2002 the California Legislature passed AB 797 (Chapter 380), which allows providers, employees, volunteers and patients of reproductive health care services facilities that are fearful of their safety or the safety of their family to enroll in the Safe at Home Program in order to protect their residence address from public record. In addition to providing a P.O. Box in Sacramento for receipt of their mail, participants can also register as confidential voters and suppress their Department of Motor Vehicle information. For more information on the enrollment criteria for reproductive health care services providers, employees, volunteers and patients or for information about becoming an Reproductive Health Care Services enrolling agency, please click on the following links: Reproductive Health Care Enrolling Agency Guide Information Sheet for Reproductive Health Care Services Enrollees
