| If you want to enroll in the Safe at Home Program you can start by contacting either the Safe at Home Office directly at our toll free number 877-322-5227 or by locating a Safe at Home enrolling agency in your area by clicking on this link: SAH Enrolling Agencies Statewide. When you contact the Safe at Home Office, we will explain how the program works and refer you to an enrolling agency in your area to complete the application process. The enrolling agency will assist you in completing your Safe at Home application and submitting the required documentation/evidence of abuse, stalking or sexual assault. If you have documentation such as police reports, restraining orders, doctor's or counselor's reports, please bring them with you to the enrolling agency so copies can be submitted with your Safe at Home application. In some cases, if you are receiving services of a shelter or District Attorney's Office, they can provide a letter of support for your enrollment in Safe at Home. Safe at Home enrolling agencies, depending on their level of service, may also provide you with information on counseling, housing, financial aid and other services that may be available to you and your family. Safe at Home has helped thousands escape the threat of violence at home and live safer and more productive lives.
