The modern homes are using blinds more often rather than curtains, and the main reason being the aesthetic look and appeal which it provides to the home. It provides more of privacy by using blinds rather than the curtains. Plus if you want to block the sunlight from completely entering a room, blinds are no doubt a better option than a curtain. Washing and drying curtains also takes a lot of effort as compared to the blinds. Blinds can be easily cleaned everyday and do not look dirty if you clean them regularly. Curtains cannot be cleaned everyday and needs to be taken off and washed on regular basis. Go without washing the curtain for a month and see the difference. Another benefit of blinds is that you will have more options for designs in this case.
